Bhagvan ke dhyan me

हम विधि विधान से व्रत और नियम करते हैं हम दिपक जलाऐगे आरती करते हैं माला जप करते ग्रंथों का पठन पाठन करते हैं।यह सब पुजा हैं योग मैरीटेशन करते हैं। एक साधना में हम अपना मन और दिल लगाते हैं।हर पल भगवान नाथ का अन्तर्मन मे ध्यान धरते है इस भाव मे संकल्प शक्ति से साधक न जुड़कर परमात्मा को दिल में बिठाता है। यह विचार भी छुट जाता है आज मैं इतने समय तक भगवत की साधना करूंगा। भगवान हर क्षण प्रभु प्राण नाथ के हृदय में बैठा है फिर समय सीमा में कैसे बधंता हमारे अन्तर्मन की पुकार होती है कि कैसे आत्मा का परमात्मा से मिलन हो। कब इस ह्दय सिहासन पर भगवान राम विराजमान हो। इस के लिए मनही मन भगवान के चरणो में नतमस्तक रहता है।मै सब कार्य  करती हर कार्य समय पर समर्पित भाव से करती हूँ घर परिवार के प्रत्येक कार्य को प्रेम से करती हूँ । पर साथ में भगवान को रखती हूँ घर वालों के सामने ये कभी नहीं कहती कि मैं भगवान की पुजा करती हूँ। बस मन में एक भाव है भगवान सब जगह है।कार्यक्रम करते हुए कई बार ऐसे लगता है कि आज भगवान आऐं है।

समर्पित भाव का प्राकट्य होता है दिल में पवित्रता आ जाती है नैन अन्दर टिक जाते हैं नैन खोलती हूं। प्रकाश की किरणें उजागर हो रही है। भगवान के चरणो में नतमस्तक हो जाती हूं। साधक के साधना करते हुए हमारे अन्तर्मन से ये आवाज आने लगती है। मै स्त्री नहीं मै पुरष नही हूँ मै फिर अपने मन से पुछती कार्य कोन कर रहा है अन्तर्मन से आवाज आती भगवान का सबकुछ है भगवान ही करते हैं। बाहरी आंखे बन्द करलो अन्दर उजाला ही उजाला है जगत की सब जिम्मेदारी निभाते हुए हमे भगवान का अन्तर्मन से बनना है। जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग

We do fasts and rules according to the law, we burn lamps, do aarti, chant rosary, read texts. All this is worship, we do yoga maritration. We put our mind and heart in a sadhna. Every moment, we meditate on Lord Nath’s inner self. This thought also goes away, today I will do the spiritual practice of God for so long. God is sitting in the heart of Prabhu Pran Nath every moment, then how is the time bound within the time limit, there is a call from our inner soul that how the soul should meet with the Supreme Soul. When will Lord Rama sit on this heart throne? For this, my heart bows down at the feet of God. I do all the work, I do every work on time with a dedicated spirit, I do every work of the family with love. But I keep God together, I never say in front of the family that I worship God. There is only one feeling in the mind, God is everywhere. While doing the program, it seems that God has come today.

Devoted spirit manifests itself, purity comes in the heart, Nain stays inside, I open Nain. Rays of light are getting exposed. I bow down at the feet of God. While doing sadhna of the sadhak, this voice starts coming from our conscience. I am not a woman, I am not a man, who is doing the work I am asking from my mind, the voice coming from my heart is God’s everything, God does it. Close the outer eyes, the light inside is the only light, while fulfilling all the responsibilities of the world, we have to become God’s inner being. Jai Shri Ram Anita Garg
