ज्ञान कोई नहीं देता है। ज्ञान प्राप्त कर के क्या करोगे जीवन अर्पण करो तब कुछ हो एक एक सांस प्रभु के चरणों में समर्पित हो तब पहले भक्त बनना होता है सबकुछ शांत हो जाता है तब ज्ञान की स्टेज आती है। हर व्यक्ति अलग तरीके बताएगा एक तरीका करोगे वह आधा ही करोगे फिर सोचोगे दुसरे तरीके ज्यादा अच्छा है फिर तीसरे मे जाओगे अन्दर नहीं झांकोगे मेरे भीतर क्या चल रहा है मै किस भगवान को भगवान मानता हूं जब मैं अपने भगवान का ध्यान धरता हूँ तब मन को कितनी शांति मिलती है ध्यान और ज्ञान के मार्ग बाहर से नहीं भीतर से प्राप्त होते हैं प्राणी के दिल की तङफ सबकुछ अपने आप करा देती है। जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग

Every person will tell different ways, you will do one way, you will do only half of it, then you will think that the second way is better, then you will go to the third way, you will not look inside, what is going on within me, which God do I consider to be God, when I concentrate on my God, then my mind How much peace one gets through meditation and the paths of knowledge are obtained from within and not from outside.
