हे ज्योतिर्मय! हमारा प्रणाम स्वीकार हो। हे प्रभु मनुष्य अपनी जीवनयात्रा में आवश्यकताओं, इच्छाओं में बंधा रहता है। जिनके कारण मनुष्य इस संसार में तरह-तरह के कर्म करता है, भटकता है, भ्रमित होता है और दुःख भोगता है।
जो इच्छा हमारी उन्नति कराए, हमें आपका प्रेम दे सके, जिससे-हमारे अंदर शांति आ सके। हम अपना और दूसरों का उद्धार कर सकें, उस इच्छा शक्ति को आप हमें प्रदान कीजिए।
हे प्रभु! आप हमें वह सुबुद्धि प्रदान कीजिए, जिसके प्रकाश में हम उचित निर्णय लेकर उत्तम पथ पर अग्रसर हो सकें।
हे नारायण! आप ऐसी कृपा करें कि जिससे जीवन के अंतिम भाग तक यह शरीर कर्मशील बना रहे, कर्मठ बना रहे, सेवा करता रहे, लेकिन सेवा कराए नहीं। सदैव चेहरे पर मुस्कान,माथे पर शीतलता और वाणी में माधुर्य बना रहे।
हे दाता! इतना धन-समृद्धि प्रदान करना कि ये हाथ कभी दूसरों के आगे फैले नहीं और हमारे कार्य पूर्ण रहें।
हे प्रभु! आंखों में ऐसी प्रेम दृष्टि देना जिससे कि हम द्वेष और घृणा से ऊपर उठकर जी सकें। हम कभी भी वैर के बीज को संसार में फैलाएं नहीं।
जहां भी जाएं शांति की सुखद छाया चारों ओर फैला सकें। ऐसा हमें आशीर्वाद प्रदान करें। आपसे हमारी यही विनती है। इसे स्वीकार करें।

Oh light! Please accept our greetings. O Lord, man remains bound by needs and desires in his journey of life. Due to which man does various kinds of deeds in this world, wanders, gets confused and suffers. The desire that can make us progress, can give us your love, so that there can be peace within us. Please grant us the will power so that we can save ourselves and others. Oh God! Please grant us that wisdom, in the light of which we can take appropriate decisions and move forward on the right path. Hey Narayan! Please grant such blessings that till the last part of life this body remains active, remains hardworking, continues to serve, but does not make it serve. There should always be a smile on the face, coolness on the forehead and sweetness in the speech. O giver! To provide so much wealth and prosperity that these hands never reach out to others and our work remains complete. Oh God! To give such loving glance in the eyes so that we can live above malice and hatred. We should never spread the seeds of enmity in the world.
