भक्ति रस से ओतप्रोत कथा
कुन्ती यदुवंशी राजा शूरसेन की पुत्री,वसुदेवजी और सुतसुभा की बड़ी बहन और भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की बुआ थी। नागवंशी महाराज कुन्तिभोज ने कुन्ती को गोद लिया था। ये हस्तिनापुर के नरेश महाराज पांडु की पहली पत्नी थीं। कुंती का एक नाम पृथा भी था।
श्रीकृष्ण ने सुदर्शन चक्र से ब्रह्मास्त्र का निवारण किया और राजा परीक्षित जी की रक्षा करने के बाद वे द्वारिका पधारने को तैयार हुए तो कुन्ती का दिल भर आया उनकी अभिलाषा है कि चौबीस घंटे मैँ श्रीकृष्ण को निहारा करुँ।
अतः कुन्ती उनके मार्ग मेँ खड़ी हो गयी श्रीकृष्ण रथ से उतरे तो कुन्ती उनका वंदन करने लगी । वंदन से प्रभू बन्धन मेँ आते हैँ । वंदन के समय अपने सारे पापो को याद करने से हृदय दीन और नम्र होगा ।
कुन्ती मर्यादा – भक्ति है , साधन भक्ति है । यशोदा पुष्टि – भक्ति है । यशोदा का सारा व्यवहार भक्तिरुप था । प्रेम लक्षणा भक्ति मेँ व्यवहार और भक्ति मेँ भेद नहीँ रहता । वैष्णव की क्रियाएँ भक्ति ही बन जाती हैँ । प्रथम मर्यादा भक्ति आती है,उसके बाद पुष्टि भक्ति। मर्यादा भक्ति साधन है सो वह आरम्भ मेँ आती है,पुष्टि भक्ति साध्य है अतः वह अन्त मेँ आती है ।
कुन्ती की भक्ति दास्य मिश्रित वात्सल्य भक्ति है , हनुमान जी भक्ति दास्य भक्ति है ,वे दास्यभक्ति के आचार्य है ।
दास्य भाव से हृदय दीन बनता है । दास्यभक्ति मेँ दृष्टि चरणो मेँ स्थिर करनी होती है। बिना भाव के भक्ति सिद्ध नही हो सकती है । कुन्ती वात्सल्य भाव से श्रीकृष्ण का मुख निहारती हैँ ,चरण दर्शन से तृप्ति नही हुयी सो मुख देख रही हैँ ,कुन्ती स्तुति करती है –
नमः पंकजनाभाय नमः पंकजमालिने ।
नमः पंकजनेत्राय नमस्ते पंकजाड़्घ्रये ।।
जिनकी नाभि से ब्रह्मा का जन्मस्थान कमल प्रकट हुआ है जिन्होँने कमलो की माला धारण की है । जिनके नेत्र कमल के समान विशाल और कोमल है और जिनके चरणोँ मेँ कमल चिह्न हैँ ऐसे हे कृष्ण आपको बार बार वंदन है । प्रभू के सभी अंगो की उपमा कमल से दी गयी है –
नवकंज लोचन ,कंजमुख कर कंजपद कंजारुणम् !!

भगवान की स्तुति रोज तीन बार करना है — सुबह मेँ , दोपहर मेँ , और रात को सोने से पहले । इसके अलावा सुख , दुःख और अन्तकाल मेँ भी स्तुति करना है ।अर्जुन दुःख मेँ स्तुति करता है,कुन्ती सुख मेँ स्तुति करती है,और भीष्म अन्तकाल मेँ स्तुति करते हैँ । सुखावसाने , दुःखावसाने , देहावसने स्तुति करना है ।
हम अति सुख मे भगवान को भूल जाते है, जीव पर भगवान अनेक उपकार करते हैँ किन्तु वह सब भूल जाता है । परमात्मा के उपकार भूलना नहीं चाहिए ।
कुन्ती कहती हैँ –
बिना जल के नदी की शोभा नहीँ है ।प्राण के बिना शरीर शोभा नहीँ देता,कुंकुम का टीका न हो तो सौभाग्यवती स्त्री नहीँ सुहाती। इसी प्रकार आपके बिना पांडव भी नहीँ सुहाते । नाथ आपसे ही हम सुखी हैँ ।गोपी गीत मेँ गोपियाँ भी भगवान के उपकार का स्मरण करती हैँ –
विषजलाप्ययाद् व्यालराक्षासाद् वैद्युतानलात्
कुन्ती याद करती हैँ कि जब भीम को दुर्योधन ने विष मिश्रित लडडू खिलाये थे, उस समय आपने उसकी रक्षा की थी । लाक्षा गृह से बचाया। मेरी द्रौपदी को जब दुःशासन भरी सभा वस्त्र खीँचने लगा उस समय आपने उसकी रक्षा की ,जिसे भगवान ढकते है उसे कौन उघाड़ सकता है । जीव ईश्वर को कुछ भी नही दे सकता , जगत का सब कुछ ईश्वर का ही है । कुन्ती कहती है नाथ हमारा त्याग न करो आप द्वारिका जा रहेँ है किन्तु एक वरदान माँगने की इच्छा है वरदान देकर आप चले जाइए।कुन्ती जैसा वरदान न किसी ने माँगा है न कोई माँगेगा ।
विपदः सन्तु नः शश्वत्तत्र तत्र जगद्गुरो ।
भवतो दर्शनं यत्स्यादपुनर्भवदर्शनम् ।।
हे जगदगुरु ! हमारे जीवन मे प्रतिक्षण विपदा आती रहेँ क्योकि विपदावस्था मे निश्चित ही आपके दर्शन होते रहेँगे।जिस दुःख मे नारायण का स्मरण हो वह सुख है उसे दुःख कैसे कहेँ ?
सुख के माथे सिल परौ हरी हृदय से पीर ।
बलिहारी वा दुःख की जो पल पल नाम जपाय
story full of devotion Kunti was the daughter of Yaduvanshi King Shurasen, elder sister of Vasudevji and Sutasubha and aunt of Lord Krishna. Nagvanshi Maharaj Kuntibhoja had adopted Kunti. She was the first wife of King Pandu of Hastinapur. One of the names of Kunti was Pritha.
When Shri Krishna redressed Brahmastra with Sudarshan Chakra and after protecting King Parikshit ji, he agreed to come to Dwarka, Kunti’s heart was filled with her desire that I should observe Shri Krishna for twenty-four hours. So Kunti stood in his way, when Shri Krishna got down from the chariot, Kunti started worshiping him. By worshiping the Lord comes in bondage. At the time of worship, the heart will be humbled and humbled by remembering all your sins.
Kunti Maryada – is devotion, means is devotion. Yashoda is confirmation – devotion. Yashoda’s whole behavior was devotional. There is no difference between behavior and devotion in love and devotion. Vaishnava’s actions become devotional. First comes Maryada Bhakti, followed by Confirmation Bhakti. Maryada Bhakti is a means, so it comes in the beginning, affirmed devotion is an end, so it comes in the end.
Kunti’s devotion is Dasya mixed affectionate devotion, Hanuman’s devotion is Dasya devotion, he is the teacher of Dasyabhakti. The heart becomes humble by the feeling of servitude. In dasyabhakti, the sight has to be fixed in the steps. Without emotion, devotion cannot be perfect. Kunti looks at the face of Krishna with affection, she is not satisfied with seeing his feet, she is looking at his face, Kunti praises him –
O lotus-naveled one, you are adorned with a garland of lotuses. O lotus-eyed one, O lotus-feet, I offer my obeisances to you.
From whose navel has appeared the lotus, the birthplace of Brahma, who has garlanded the lotus garland. Whose eyes are huge and soft like lotus and in whose feet there are lotus signs, such O Krishna is worshiping you again and again. All the parts of the Lord are likened to the lotus –
Navkanja Lochan, Kanjamukh Kar Kanjapad Kanjarunam !! , Praise the Lord three times a day – in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night before sleeping. Apart from this, praise is to be given in happiness, sorrow and in the end. Arjuna praises in sorrow, Kunti praises in happiness, and Bhishma praises in the end. Sukhavasane, Sukhavasane, Dehavasane have to be praised.
We forget God in extreme happiness, God does many favors to the soul, but he forgets all. The blessings of God should not be forgotten.
Kunti says – there is no beauty of a river without water. Without life, the body does not beautify, if there is no vaccine for kumkum, then a fortunate woman does not like it. Similarly, even Pandavas do not like without you. Nath, we are happy only with you. In the Gopi song, the gopis also remember the benevolence of God –
Vishjalapyaad Vyalarakshasaad Vaidyutanalatkunti recalls that you protected Bhima when Duryodhana fed poison-mixed laddus to him. Rescued from Laksha Griha. When my Draupadi started pulling the clothes full of misery, at that time you protected her, who can untie what God covers. Jiva cannot give anything to God, everything in the world belongs to God. Kunti says don’t give up on us, you are going to Dwarka, but there is a desire to ask for a boon, you go away by giving a boon. No one has asked for a boon like Kunti, no one will ask for it.
May we always be in trouble here and there, Lord of the universe. Seeing you is like seeing you again and again.
O Jagadguru! May calamities keep coming in our lives because you will definitely be seen in a state of adversity. The sorrow in which Narayan is remembered is happiness, how can we call it sorrow?
