दुनिया की सभी प्रेम कहानियों में सबसे अनूठी राधा और श्रीकृष्ण की प्रेम कहानी है। ऐसा इसलिए कि यह भौतिकता से परे था। आज भी कोई ही ऐसा श्रीकृष्ण का मंदिर होगा जिसमें राधा जी की मूर्ति न लगी हो। हालांकि, ये भी सच है कि कई जानकार राधा को काल्पनिक किरदार बताते हैं।
ऐसा इसलिए कि राधा का जिक्र न तो महाभारत में है और न ही विष्णु पुराण या फिर भगवद गीता में ही इस संबंध में कुछ कहा गया है। वैसे, दशम स्कंद में महारास का वर्णन जरूर है और राधा का भी जिक्र है। ऐसे ही ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराण में भी राधा का जिक्र मिलता है।
कुछ जगहों पर ऐसा भी जिक्र मिलता है कि कृष्ण की 64 कलाएं ही उनकी गोपियां थीं और राधा उनकी महाशक्ति थी। इसके मायने ये हुए कि राधा और गोपियां कृष्ण की ही शक्तियां थीं जिन्होंने स्त्री रूप लिया था। बहरहाल, सवाल उठता है कि राधा जी अगर काल्पनिक नहीं हैं तो उनका फिर क्या हुआ। आखिर कृष्ण से उनकी आखिरी मुलाकात कब हई और राधा जी की मृत्यु कैसे हुई। इसे लेकर कई कथाएं हैं, इसी में से एक वह है जिसका जिक्र हम यहां करने जा रहे हैं…
कृष्ण के वृंदावन छोड़ने के बाद राधा का क्या हुआ
राधा रेपाली नाम के गांव में रहती थी और यह वृंदावन से कुछ ही दूर पर स्थित था। दोनों के बीच प्रेम था। कंस के बुलावे पर जब श्रीकृष्ण मथुरा जाने लगे पूरी वृंदावन नगरी शोक में डूब गई। राधा से मिलने श्रीकृष्ण उनके गांव गये। दोनों ने एक-दूसरे से कोई बात नहीं की। दोनों जानते थे कि उनके प्रेम में शब्दों का महत्व बेहद कम है। राधा ने आखिरकार कहा कि कृष्ण उनके दिल में हमेशा बसे रहेंगे। श्रीकृष्ण इसके बाद मथुरा की ओर रवाना हो गये और फिर कभी वापस नहीं आ सके।
कंस वध के बाद श्रीकृष्ण का विवाह बाद में रुकमणी से हुआ और उन्होंने द्वारका नगरी बसा ली। राधा का जिक्र यहीं से श्रीकृष्ण की जिंदगी में कम होता चला गया। साथ ही राधा की जिंदगी भी बदलती चली गई। कहते हैं कि उनकी शादी एक युवक से हुई और उन्होंने दांपत्य जीवन की सारी रस्में भी निभाई। हालांकि, इसके बावजूद उनके मन में श्रीकृष्ण बसे हुए थे।
जीवन के आखिरी लम्हों में फिर कृष्ण से मिली थीं राधा!!!!!!
कई वर्षों के बाद राधा जब बूढ़ी और कमजोर हो गईं तो उन्होंने आखिरी बार श्रीकृष्ण से मिलने का फैसला किया। अपनी पारिवारिक जिम्मेदारियों को पूरा कर राधा द्वारका की ओर रवाना हो गईं। कई दिन पैदल चलने के बाद वे द्वारका पहुंचीं और श्रीकृष्ण से मुलाकात करने में सफल रहीं।
ऐसी भी कहानी है कि राधा वहीं कृष्ण के महल में एक दासी के रूप में रहने लगीं। वहां मौजूद किसी को भी इनके बारे में जानकारी नहीं थी। राधा रोज इसी बहाने दूर से कृष्ण के दर्शन करतीं लेकिन बाद में उन्हें अहसास हुआ कि भौतिक रूप से करीब रहने का कोई मतलब नहीं है। इसके बाद उन्होंने बिना किसी को बताये द्वारका का महल छोड़ दिया।
भगवान श्रीकृष्ण तो सब कुछ जानते थे। वे राधा के सामने प्रकट हुए और पूछा कि उनकी क्या इच्छा है। राधा जी कुछ नहीं बोली और न में अपना सिर हिलाया। राधा के श्रीकृष्ण के प्रति पवित्र प्रेम को देख श्रीकृष्ण ने एक बार फिर राधा से कुछ मांगने को कहा। श्रीकृष्ण ने कहा कि चूकी कभी भी राधा ने पूरी जिंदगी उनसे कुछ नहीं मांगा लेकिन उनका हक बनता है, इसलिए वे अपनी इच्छा बता दें।
श्रीकृष्ण के बहुत जोर देने पर राधा ने उनसे एक बार फिर उनकी दिव्य बांसुरी सुनने की इच्छा प्रकट की। मान्यताओं के अनुसार तब श्रीकृष्ण ने बांसुरी की सबसे मधुर धुन बजाकर राधा को सुनाई। इस धुन को सुनते-सुनते राधा श्रीकृष्ण में विलीन हो गईं। इसके अलावा राधा की मृत्यु से जुड़ा कोई और जिक्र कही भी नहीं मिलता।

What happened to Radha after Krishna left Vrindavan
Radha lived in a village named Repali and it was located just a short distance away from Vrindavan. There was love between the two. When Shri Krishna started going to Mathura on the call of Kansa, the whole Vrindavan city was immersed in mourning. Shri Krishna went to his village to meet Radha. Both didn’t talk to each other. Both knew that the importance of words in their love is very less. Radha finally said that Krishna would always reside in her heart. After this Shri Krishna left for Mathura and could never come back again.
After killing Kansa, Shri Krishna was later married to Rukmani and settled in the city of Dwarka. The mention of Radha went on decreasing in Shri Krishna’s life from here itself. Along with this, Radha’s life also kept on changing. It is said that she got married to a young man and also performed all the rituals of married life. However, despite this, Shri Krishna was settled in his mind.
Radha met Krishna again in the last moments of her life!!!!!!
After many years, when Radha became old and weak, she decided to meet Shri Krishna for the last time. After completing her family responsibilities, Radha left for Dwarka. After walking for several days, she reached Dwarka and was able to meet Shri Krishna.
There is also a story that Radha started living there as a maidservant in Krishna’s palace. No one present there knew about them. Radha used to visit Krishna from far away on this pretext everyday but later she realized that there is no point in staying physically close. After this he left the palace of Dwarka without telling anyone.
Lord Krishna knew everything. He appeared before Radha and asked what was her wish. Radha ji did not say anything and shook her head in no way. Seeing Radha’s pure love for Shri Krishna, Shri Krishna once again asked Radha to ask for something. Shri Krishna said that since Radha never asked anything from him in his whole life, but he is entitled, so he should tell his wish.
On Shri Krishna’s insistence, Radha expressed her desire to hear his divine flute once again. According to beliefs, then Shri Krishna narrated the sweetest tune of the flute to Radha. While listening to this tune, Radha merged in Shri Krishna. Apart from this, no other mention related to Radha’s death is found anywhere.
