अथ सूर्य स्तुति पाठ

जो भी साधक हर रोज उगते सूर्य के सामने बैठकर भगवान सूर्य की इस स्तुति का पाठ अर्थ सहित करता है, सूर्य नारायण की कृपा से उसकी सभी इच्छाएं पूरी हो जाती है।

श्रणुष्व मुनिशार्दूल सूर्यस्य कवचं शुभम्।
शरीरारोग्दं दिव्यं सव सौभाग्य दायकम्।।

अर्थात- यह सूर्य कवच शरीर को आरोग्य देने वाला है तथा संपूर्ण दिव्य सौभाग्य को देने वाला है।

देदीप्यमान मुकुटं स्फुरन्मकर कुण्डलम।
ध्यात्वा सहस्त्रं किरणं स्तोत्र मेततु दीरयेत्।।

अर्थात- चमकते हुए मुकुट वाले डोलते हुए मकराकृत कुंडल वाले हजार किरण (सूर्य) को ध्यान करके यह स्तोत्र प्रारंभ करें।

शिरों में भास्कर: पातु ललाट मेडमित दुति:।
नेत्रे दिनमणि: पातु श्रवणे वासरेश्वर:।।

अर्थात- मेरे सिर की रक्षा भास्कर करें, अपरिमित कांति वाले ललाट की रक्षा करें। नेत्र (आंखों) की रक्षा दिनमणि करें तथा कान की रक्षा दिन के ईश्वर करें।

ध्राणं धर्मं धृणि: पातु वदनं वेद वाहन:।
जिव्हां में मानद: पातु कण्ठं में सुर वन्दित:।।

अर्थात- मेरी नाक की रक्षा धर्मघृणि, मुख की रक्षा देववंदित, जिव्हा की रक्षा मानद् तथा कंठ की रक्षा देव वंदित करें।

सूर्य रक्षात्मकं स्तोत्रं लिखित्वा भूर्ज पत्रके।
दधाति य: करे तस्य वशगा: सर्व सिद्धय:।।

अर्थात- सूर्य रक्षात्मक इस स्तोत्र को भोजपत्र में लिखकर जो हाथ में धारण करता है तो संपूर्ण सिद्धियां उसके वश में होती है।

सुस्नातो यो जपेत् सम्यग्योधिते स्वस्थ: मानस:।
सरोग मुक्तो दीर्घायु सुखं पुष्टिं च विदंति।।

अर्थात- स्नान करके जो कोई स्वच्छ चित्त से कवच पाठ करता है वह रोग से मुक्त हो जाता है, दीर्घायु होता है, सुख तथा यश प्राप्त होता है।

अगर इस स्तुति का पाठ कोई साधक लगातार एक माह तक करता है उसके जीवन में कभी समस्या रूपी अंधकार नहीं आ सकता।

“O tiger among ascetics listen to this auspicious shield of the Sun It is divine and healthy for the body and bestows all good fortune.

Means- This Surya Kavach is going to give health to the body and is going to give complete divine good fortune.

A glowing crown and sparkling shark earrings Meditating on the thousand rays one should chant this stotra.

That is, start this hymn by meditating on the thousand rays (Sun) with the shining crown, the quivering Makarakrit coil.

May the sun in the heads: protect the forehead Medmit Duti:. May the jewel of the day protect my eyes and the lord of the day protect my ears.

Means- May Bhaskar protect my head, protect the forehead with infinite radiance. May the Daymani protect the eyes and may the God of the day protect the ears.

May Dharana Dharma Dhrini and Veda Vahana protect my face. May the honorable protect my tongue and the worshiped by the gods protect my neck.

That is, may Dharmaghrini protect my nose, Devavandit protect my mouth, Manad protect my tongue and Deva Vandit protect my throat.

Write the sun protective hymn on a brown paper. All perfections are under the control of the one who places them in his hands.

That is, the one who holds this sun-protecting hymn in his hand by writing it in Bhojpatra, then all the achievements are in his control.

He who chants this mantra after a good bath is well-fighting and mentally healthy. They are free from disease and enjoy long life, happiness and nourishment.

That is, whoever recites Kavach with a clean mind after taking a bath becomes free from diseases, lives long, gets happiness and fame.

If a seeker recites this praise continuously for a month, darkness in the form of a problem can never come in his life.
