।। ॐ नमो नारायणाय ।।
बड़ा कठिन है परमात्मा को सर्वत्र देखना। अपने ही भीतर नहीं देख सकते, तो बाहर कैसे देख सकेंगे! पहले तो अपने ही भीतर देखना जरूरी है कि परमात्मा मौजूद है। चाहे कितना ही विकृत हो, कितना ही उलझा हो, बंधन में हो, कारागृह में हो, है तो परमात्मा ही। चाहे कितनी ही बेचैनी में, परेशानी में हो, है तो परमात्मा ही। अपने भीतर भी परमात्मा देखना शुरू करना चाहिए, और अपने आस-पास भी देखना शुरू करना चाहिए।
धीरे-धीरे यह परमात्म- भाव ऐसा हो जाना चाहिए कि परमात्मा ही दिखाई पड़े, बाकी लोग उसके रूप दिखाई पड़े। यह भाव- दशा बन जाती है। लेकिन अपने से ही शुरू करना पड़ेगा।
आप जब तक अपने भीतर परमात्मा को न देख पाएं, तब तक राम में भी दिखाई नहीं पड़ेगा। और जिस दिन आप अपने भीतर देख पाएं उस दिन रावण में भी दिखाई पड़ेगा। क्योंकि अपनी सारी पीड़ाओं, दुखों, चिंताओं, वासनाओं के बीच भी जब आपको भीतर की ज्योति दिखाई पड़ने लगती है, तो आप जानते हैं कि चाहे कितना ही पाप हो चारों तरफ, भीतर ज्योति तो परमात्मा की ही है।
चाहे काच पर कितनी ही धूल जम गई हो, और चाहे काच कितना ही गंदा हो गया हो, लेकिन भीतर की ज्योति तो निष्कलुष जल रही है। ज्योति पर कोई धूल नहीं जमती, और ज्योति कभी गंदी नहीं होती। ज्योति के चारों तरफ जो काच का घेरा है, वह गंदा हो सकता है। जब आप अपने गंदे से गंदे घेरे में भी उस ज्योति का अनुभव कर लेते हैं, तत्क्षण सारा जगत उसी ज्योति से भर जाता है। ।। श्री परमात्मने नमः ।।

It is very difficult to see God everywhere. If you can’t see within yourself, how will you be able to see outside? First of all it is important to see within oneself that God exists. No matter how distorted, how entangled, whether in bondage or in prison, God is still there. No matter how much restlessness and trouble one is in, God is always there. We should start seeing God within ourselves and also start seeing around us.
Gradually, this sense of God should become such that only God is visible and the rest are seen as His form. This feeling becomes a condition. But you will have to start from yourself.
Unless you can see God within yourself, you will not be able to see it even in Ram. And the day you are able to see within yourself, you will be able to see it in Ravana also. Because even amidst all your pains, sorrows, worries, desires, when you start seeing the light within, then you know that no matter how much sin there is all around, the light within is God’s.
No matter how much dust has accumulated on the glass, and no matter how dirty the glass has become, the light within is still burning flawlessly. No dust accumulates on the flame, and the flame never gets dirty. The glass surround around the flame may become dirty. When you experience that light even in the dirtiest of your surroundings, instantly the whole world is filled with that light. , Shri Paramatmane Namah.
