प्रात स्मरण स्तोत्रं

जय  सच्चिदानंद।

प्रात: स्मरामि हृदि संस्फुरदात्मतत्त्वं
सच्चित्सुखं परमहंसगतिं तुरीयम्।
यत्स्वप्नजागरसुषुप्तिमवैति नित्यं
तद्ब्रह्म निष्कलमहं न च भूतसंघ:।।१।।

भावार्थ-
मैं प्रात:काल, हृदय में स्फुरित होते हुए आत्मतत्त्व का स्मरण करता हूँ, जो सत, चित और आनन्दरूप है, परमहंसों का प्राप्य स्थान है और जाग्रदादि तीनों अवस्थाओं से विलक्षण है, जो स्वप्न, सुषुप्ति और जाग्रत अवस्था को नित्य जानता है, वह स्फुरणा रहित ब्रह्म ही मैं हूँ, पंचभूतों का संघात(शरीर) मैं नहीं हूँ।

प्रातर्भजामि मनसा वचसामगम्यं
वाचो विभान्ति निखिला यदनुग्रहेण।
यन्नेतिनेतिवचनैर्निगमा अवोचं-
स्तं देवदेवमजमच्युतमाहुरग्रय्म्।।२।।

भावार्थ-
जो मन और वाणी से अगम्य है, जिसकी कृपा से समस्त वाणी भास रही हैं, जिसका शास्त्र “नेति-नेति” कहकर निरूपण करते हैं, जिस अजन्मा देवदेवेश्वर अच्युत हरि को अग्रय (आदि) पुरुष कहते हैं, मैं उसका प्रात:काल भजन करता हूँ।

प्रातर्नमामि तमस:परमर्कवर्णं
पूर्णं सनातनपदं पुरुषोत्तमाख्यम्।
यस्मिन्निदं जगदशेषमशेषमूर्तौ
रज्ज्वां भुजंगम इव प्रतिभासितं वै।।३।।

भावार्थ-
जिस सर्वस्वरुप परमेश्वर में यह समस्त संसार रज्जु में सर्प के समान प्रतिभासित हो रहा है, उस अज्ञानातीत, दिव्यतेजोमय, पूर्ण परब्रहम सनातन पुरुषोत्तम भगवान को मैं प्रात:काल नमस्कार करता हूँ।

श्लोकत्रयमिदं पुण्यं लोकत्रयविभूषणम्।
प्रात:काले पठेद्यस्तु स गच्छेत्परमं पदम्।।४।।

भावार्थ-
ये तीनों श्लोक तीनों लोकों के भूषण हैं, इन्हें जो कोई प्रात:काल के समय पढ़ता है, उसे परमपद की प्राप्ति होती है।

gist-
In the morning, I remember the essence of the soul, which is alive in the heart, which is the form of truth, consciousness and bliss, is the attainable place of Paramhansa and is unique from all the three states of waking and waking, the one who knows the dream, deep sleep and waking state continuously, he I am the soulless Brahma, I am not the confluence (body) of the five elements.

I worship in the morning what is incomprehensible in words with my mind
By His grace all words shine.
Yannetinetivacanairnigama avocam-
That unborn God of the gods is called Acyuta, the foremost.

gist-
I worship Him in the morning who is inaccessible to mind and speech, by whose grace all words are understood, whom the scriptures describe as “Neti-Neti”, whom the unborn Devdeveshwar Achyut Hari calls Agray (Adi) Purush. am.

In the morning I bow to the darkness: the color of the sun
The perfect eternal stage is called the Purushottama.
In Whom this whole universe is infinitely infinite in form
The rope appeared to be moving like a snake.

gist-
In the morning, I offer my salutations to the Supreme Lord, who is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, in whom the entire world is shining like a snake on a rope, that ignorant, divinely radiant, Supreme Supreme Lord, the Eternal Purushottam.

These three sacred verses are the ornament of the three worlds.
But he who recites it in the morning will attain the supreme abode.

gist-
These three verses are the jewels of the three worlds, whoever reads them in the morning attains the supreme state.
