जब तक साक्षात परमात्मा की प्राप्ति न हो जाय, तब तक पुस्तकों के आधार पर महात्माओं के बताये अनुसार ही परमात्मा का ध्यान किया जाय | मन से ही सब क्रिया होती है, मन से ही भगवान् के साथ सब प्रकार रमण करें | मनन कहो चाहे क्रीड़ा कहो सब प्रकार सब प्रकार की क्रिया क्रीड़ा ही कही जाती है | मन से ही उनके चरणों का स्पर्श करने से ही शरीर प्रेमोन्मत हो जाय, रोमांच होने लगे | ऐसे ही मन से ही भगवान से वार्तालाप करे | वार्तालाप करते समय मानो भगवान् से ही बात कर रहा हूँ | भगवान् जो कुछ बोल रहे हैं वह मानो मैं सुन रहा हूँ | वहाँ जो कुछ होता है मन से ही होता है | भगवान् की वाणी में अलौकिकता दीखती है | मन से ही मानो भगवान् का दर्शन एवं स्पर्श कर रहा हूँ | सब क्रिया मन से ही हो रही है | इस प्रकार के रमण का फल यह होता है कि भगवान् साक्षात मिल जाते हैं |
‘तुष्यन्ति च रमन्ति च’ – इस प्रकार जो करता है उनको मैं यह बुद्धियोग देता हूँ | जिससे वे मेरे को ही प्राप्त हो जाते हैं | भगवान् के प्राप्त होने के बाद जो कुछ होता है स्वत: ही हो जाता है | उस समय की जितनी बात बतायी जाती है, एकान्त में मन से उस तरह करने से विशेष लाभ होता है | भगवान् में जब श्रद्धा हो जाती है उस समय जब भगवान् की बात कहे तो बहुत प्यारी लगती है | कोई अपना अतिशय प्रेमी कलकता में वास करता है | कोई आदमी कलकता से आये तो उससे पहले उस प्रेमी की बात पूछने की मन में रहती है | इससे मालूम होता है कि इसकी बड़ी भारी प्रीति है | भगवान् का भक्त है, उनसे मिलकर भगवान् की बात पूछना अतिशय प्रेम है | कानों से भगवान् का नाम सुन ले तो सुनकर मुग्ध हो जाय |
, Sri Hari: || In continuation of last post………… Till the time the Supreme Soul is not attained, then on the basis of the books, the meditation of the Supreme Soul should be done according to the instructions of the Mahatmas. All actions are done by the mind, enjoy all kinds of things with God by the mind. Call it meditation or play it, all kinds of activities are called sports only. Just by touching his feet with the mind, the body becomes ecstatic, thrill starts. Talk to God with the same mind. While having a conversation, as if I am talking to God. I am listening to whatever God is saying. Whatever happens there happens only through the mind. The supernatural is visible in the speech of God. It is as if I am seeing and touching God with my mind. All actions are being done by the mind. The result of this kind of ecstasy is that God is found in person. ‘tushyanti cha ramanti cha’ – I give this buddhi yoga to those who do like this. By which they are received by me only. Whatever happens after the attainment of God, happens automatically. As much as is told at that time, there is a special benefit if you do it with your mind in solitude. When there is faith in God, at that time when you talk about God, you find it very sweet. Some of his very beloved lives in Calcutta. If a man comes from Calcutta, before that he keeps in mind to ask about that lover. It is known from this that he has a lot of love. He is a devotee of God, meeting him and asking about God is great love. If you hear the name of God with your ears, you will be mesmerized by hearing it.
