नाम-स्वाँस दोउ विलग चलत हैं, इनकौ भेद न मोकौं भावै॥
स्वाँसहि नाम नाम ही स्वाँसा, नाम स्वाँस कौ भेद मिटावै।
बाहिर कछु न कछू तब भीतर, जिय और नाम एक ह्वै जावै॥
तब निज रूप नाम कौ प्रगटै, तन में श्री वन सहज दिखावै।

श्रीभोलानाथजी की हित स्वरूप हरिवंश-नाम-स्मरण में गहरी आस्था थी। इनकी मान्यता थी कि जब तक श्वाँसों की माला के प्रत्येक मनके रूपी श्वाँस के साथ हरिवंश-नाम का उच्चारण नहीं किया जाता, तब तक नामी के निज स्वरूप और उनके नित्यविहार का दर्शन प्राप्त करना असम्भव ही है

यह सत्य है जब भक्त का स्वासं के साथ नाम सिमरण मनन चार पांच घंटे सुबह से शाम तक अपने आप होने लगता है। तब भक्त को क्षण भर दर्शन का अभास होता है। भक्त भगवान को निहारने के लिए रात दिन तङफता है। कब भगवान से मिलन होगा ।आगे शब्द दे नहीं सकती जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग
