*मैं निराकार, मैं ही आकार हूँ,*
*मैं महाकाल, मैं ही किरात हूँ ।।*
*समय का प्रारब्ध, मैं समय का ही अंत हूं,*
*मैं भूत, वर्तमान और मैं ही भविष्य हूँ ।।*
*मैं ही राख, मैं ही श्वांस हूँ,*
*मैं मृत्यु और मैं ही अंत हूँ ।।*
*हूँ कण-कण में जीवन के हर क्षण में,*
*मैं हर दुख में और सुख में व्याप्त हूँ ।।*

*निश्फल नहीं मैं भय नहीं,*
*मैं दंड हूँ , कोई भ्रम नहीं ।।*
*मैं वितरागी, मैं ही आशुतोष हूँ,*
*मैं सरल सौम्य, मैं भयंकर रूद्र हूँ ।।*

*मैं ही अनादि, मैं ही अनंत हूँ,*
*मैं हूँ अनामय, मैं ही अजन्म हूँ ।।*
*शांति का शोर हूँ शोर की अशांति मैं,*
*कालों का काल मैं ही भूतनाथ हूँ ।।*

*मैं भीम आकाश, रूद्र अग्नि रूप हूँ,*
*मैं ही उग्र सूर्य, मैं ही शीतल चन्द्र हूँ ।।*
*मैं ही भव जल में, सर्व क्षिति में हूँ,*
*मैं ही पशु-पछी और जीवों में व्याप्त हूँ ।।*

*हूँ श्मशानवासी मैं ताण्डव हूँ क्रोध का*
*भस्म का कर श्रृंगार, करता विषपान मैं ।।*
*मैं ही महाकाल, मैं ही मोक्ष का सार हूँ,*
*काल हूँ मैं काल हूँ, मैं मृत्यु की ललकार हूँ ।।*

*कहते चँद्रशेखर, मैं ही नटराज हूँ,*
*मैं नीलकंठ और मैं ही नागनाथ हूँ ।।*
*मैं आदिदेव, मैं ही अनादिकाल हूँ,*

*विनाश का नाश, हूँ अविनाशी मैं ।।*
