कंधे कावड़ उठा के माथे तिलक लगा के,
चलो बोल के जय कारे बोले बाबा की नगरियाँ,

शिव के धाम पे खुशियों का है ऐसा अजब नजारा,
शिव के नाम से जायेगा बिगड़ा काम तुम्हारा,
ऐसा भोले का द्वारा तुझे मिले गा सहारा,
चले रे कावड़िया तू चले रे कावड़िया,

हरिद्वार में आके भक्तो शम्भू से तुम वर लो,
कावड़ में भर के जल  तन मन पावन करलो,
गंगा मियाँ का किनारा मुक्ति है भंडारा,
मिट जाये दुःख सारा चले सुख की नगरियाँ,
चले रे कावड़िया तू चले रे कावड़िया,

भोले बाबा के दर जाके जग्गी दर्शन पावे,
शिव चरणों में झुक कर अपना जीवन सफल बनावे,
क्यों तू फिरे मारा मारा तुझे भोले ने पुकारा,
तेरा चमके गा तारा बस जाए गी नगरियाँ,
