अक्सर कुछ लोग सोचते है कि सतगुरु से ज्ञान अर्थात नामदान लिये कई वर्ष हो गए थोड़ा बहुत भजन सिमरन भी करते है सत्संग मे भी जाते है धार्मिक किताबे भी पढ़ते है और गुरु घर कि सेवा भी करते है लेकिन अभी तक आंतरिक तरक्की नही हुई ऐसा क्यों ?
देखो जब हम अपना नया घर बनाते है तो उसमे खिड़की दरवाजे लगाने के लिये बाजार से लकड़ी लेकर आते है तो बढ़ाई ( दरवाजे बनाने वाला ) उन लकड़ियों के तुरंत दरवाजे नही बनाता क्योंकि लकड़ियाँ गीली होती है अगर वह उन गीली लकड़ी के दरवाजे बनाएगा तो दरवाजे मुड़ जाते है जिससे वह खराब हो जाते है ! बढ़ाई दरवाजे बनाने के लिये कई महीनो तक लकड़ी को सुखाने के लिये सूर्य कि रौशनी मे रख देता है इसी तरह जब हमें सतगुरु से ज्ञान मिलता है तो हम भी उस गीली लकड़ी की तरह होते है ! जब तक सतगुरु रुपी बढ़ाई हमारे अंदर फैले काम क्रोध लोभ मोह अहंकार रूपी पानी को सूर्य रुपी ज्ञान से सुखा नही देते तब तक वह सतगुरु हमे ऊपर के लोकों मे नही ले जाते क्योंकि उन लोकों मे जाने के लिये आत्मा को इन विकारों से मुक्त होना पड़ता है !
इसलिए सतगुरु अपने शिष्य को पहले भजन सिमरन पर ध्यान लगाने को कहते है ताकि शिष्य की आत्मा रूहानी लोकों का तेज़ सहन करने के काबिल हो सके ! जब सतगुरु देखते है कि शिष्य कि आत्मा अब रूहानी सफ़र के लिये तैयार है तो सतगुरु अपनी दया कर देते है और तीसरी आँख रूपी खिडकी खोलकर आत्मा को रूहानी लोकों का सफ़र करवाते हुए अन्त में परमात्मा में लीन कर देते है !!
जब जब भी सदगुरू धरती पर अवतरित होता है मानव को सुख देने के लिए तीन सोपानों की रचना करता है – ‘सेवा सुमिरन व सत्संग’
मेरी बांह पकड़ लो ‘सतगुरु’ मैं फंसी बीच मझधार !
तुम जो मुझसे रुठ गए तो मैं जाऊंगी किस द्वार !
मेरा दूजा नही कोई आधार मेरा तो एक तूही है ‘करतार’ !!

Often some people think that it has been many years to get knowledge from Satguru, i.e. Naamdan, they recite some bhajans, go to satsangs, read religious books and do service to Guru Ghar, but till now there is no internal progress, why so? ? Look, when we build our new house, we bring wood from the market to install windows and doors in it, then the carpenter (door maker) does not make doors of those wood immediately because the wood is wet, if he makes doors of those wet wood, the doors They get twisted due to which they get spoiled! Carpentry keeps the wood in sunlight for many months to dry it for making doors, similarly when we get knowledge from Satguru, we are also like that wet wood! Until and unless Satguru in the form of magnificence does not dry up the water in the form of lust, anger, greed, attachment and ego spread inside us with knowledge in the form of Sun, then that Satguru does not take us to the upper worlds, because in order to go to those worlds, the soul has to be free from these vices. Is ! That’s why Satguru asks his disciple to first meditate on bhajan simran so that the disciple’s soul can be able to bear the fast of spiritual worlds. When the Satguru sees that the disciple’s soul is now ready for the spiritual journey, then the Satguru bestows his mercy and by opening the window of the third eye leads the soul to travel to the spiritual realms and finally merges in the divine. Whenever Sadguru incarnates on earth, he creates three steps to give happiness to human beings – ‘Seva Sumiran and Satsang’ Hold my arm ‘Satguru’ I am stuck in the middle of the ocean!
