शम्भु स्तोत्रं ।।

(भोलेनाथ शंभू को प्रसन्न करने को भगवान श्रीराम द्वारा गाई गई स्तुति)

नमामि शम्भो नमामि शम्भो !
नमामि शम्भो नमामि शम्भो !

नमामि शम्भुं पुरुषं पुराणं
नमामि सर्वज्ञमपारभावम्।
नमामि रुद्रं प्रभुमक्षयं तं
नमामि शर्वं शिरसा नमामि।।१।।

नमामि देवं परमव्ययंतं
उमापतिं लोकगुरुं नमामि।
नमामि दारिद्रविदारणं तं
नमामि रोगापहरं नमामि।।२।।

नमामि कल्याणमचिन्त्यरूपं
नमामि विश्वोद्ध्वबीजरूपम्।
नमामि विश्वस्थितिकारणं तं
नमामि संहारकरं नमामि।।३।।

नमामि गौरीप्रियमव्ययं तं
नमामि नित्यं क्षरमक्षरं तम्।
नमामि चिद्रूपममेयभावं
त्रिलोचनं तं शिरसा नमामि।।४।।

नमामि कारुण्यकरं भवस्या
भयंकरं वापि सदा नमामि।
नमामि दातारमभीप्सितानां
नमामि सोमेशमुमेशमादौ।।५।।

नमामि वेदत्रयलोचनं तं
नमामि मूर्तित्रयवर्जितं तम्।
नमामि पुण्यं सदसद्व्यतीतं
नमामि तं पापहरं नमामि।।६।।

नमामि विश्वस्य हिते रतं तं
नमामि रूपाणि बहूनि धत्ते।
यो विश्वगोप्ता सदसत्प्रणेता
नमामि तं विश्वपतिं नमामि।।७।।

यज्ञेश्वरं सम्प्रति हव्यकव्यं
तथागतिं लोकसदाशिवो यः।
आराधितो यश्च ददाति सर्वं
नमामि दानप्रियमिष्टदेवम्।।८।।

नमामि सोमेश्वरंस्वतन्त्रं
उमापतिं तं विजयं नमामि।
नमामि विघ्नेश्वरनन्दिनाथं
पुत्रप्रियं तं शिरसा नमामि।।९।।

नमामि देवं भवदुःखशोक-
विनाशनं चन्द्रधरं नमामि।
नमामि गंगाधरमीशमीड्यम्
उमाधवं देववरं नमामि।।१०।।

नमाम्यजादीशपुरन्दरादि-
सुरासुरैरर्चितपादपद्मम।
नमामि देवीमुखवादनाना
मिक्षार्थमक्षित्रितयं य ऐच्छत।।११।।

पंचामृतैर्गन्धसुधूपदीपै-
र्विचित्रपुष्पैर्विविधैश्च मन्त्रैः।
अन्नप्रकारैः सकलोपचारैः
सम्पूजितं सोममहं नमामि।।१२।।

I bow to you, I bow to you, Shambho! I bow to you, I bow to you, Shambho!

I bow to Shambhu, the Purana Purusha I bow to the omniscient, transcendental Being. I bow to Rudra, the inexhaustible Lord I bow down to Lord Shiva with my head bowed.

I bow to the Supreme Inexhaustible God I bow to Umapati, the teacher of the world. I bow to him who tears apart poverty I bow to the disease-remover.

I bow to the unthinkable form of welfare I bow to the form of the seed of the universe. I bow to Him who is the cause of the universe I bow to the destroyer, I bow to him.

I bow to him who is dear to Gauri and inexhaustible I bow to Him ever, letter by letter. I bow to the form of the mind, the immeasurable being I bow my head to him who has three eyes.

I bow to the merciful Bhavasya I always bow to the terrible. I bow to the giver of the desired I bow to Somesha, the Lord of the moon, in the beginning.

I bow to him who has the three eyes of the Vedas I bow to Him who is devoid of the three idols. I bow to the holy transcendental cause and effect I bow to Him who takes away sins.

I bow to him who is engaged in the welfare of the world I bow to him who takes on many forms. He is the protector of the universe and the pioneer of good and evil I bow to him, I bow to him, Lord of the universe.

The Lord of the sacrifices is now the poem of the sacrifice He who is the Sadashiva of the worlds and the Tathagata. Worshiped and who gives everything I bow to the dear god who loves charity.

I bow to the Lord of the moon, the independent I bow to that victory of Umapati. I bow to Vighnesvara Nandi Natha I bow my head to him who is dear to his son.

I bow to the god of your suffering and sorrow- I bow to the moon-bearer of destruction. I bow to the Lord of the Ganges I offer my obeisances to Umadhava, the best of the gods.

Namamyajadishapurandradi- Surasurairarchitapadapadmam. I bow to the playing of the goddess’s mouth He who desired the three worlds for the sake of mixing.
