भगवान शिव की साधना के लिए हर महीने में दो बार प्रदोष व्रत आता है। भगवान शिव की कृपा जिस मनुष्य पर बरस जाए उसका जीवन संवर जाता है। भोलेनाथ बहुत ही भोले देव माने गए हैं। वह अपने भक्तों से बहुत जल्दी प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं। अगर कोई मनुष्य प्रदोश काल में शिव को पूजता है तो उसके सभी कष्ट कट जाते हैं और सुख-समृद्धि और सौभाग्य का वरदान मिलता है। प्रदोष काल भगवान भोलेनाथ की पूजा के लिए बहुत ही शुभ माना जाता है। महीने में दो बार प्रदोष व्रत आता है। पहला कृष्ण पक्ष की त्रियोदशी और दूसरा व्रत शुक्ल पक्ष की त्रियोदशी को पड़ता है।
गुरुवार के दिन पड़ने वाला प्रदोष व्रत गुरु प्रदोष व्रत कहलाता है। इस दिन पड़ने वाले व्रत को करने से पितर प्रसन्न होते हैं और उनका आशीर्वाद मिलता है। इससे हर काम सफल होते हैं। जून महीने में दूसरा प्रदोष व्रत 15 तारीख को पड़ेगा। ये व्रत भी गुरुवार के दिन यानी कि आषाढ़ महीने के कृष्ण पक्ष में पड़ रहा है। गुरुवार को अगर विधि विधान से श्रीहरि की पूजा की जाए तो शिव के साथ ही उनकी कृपा भी बरसने लगती है।
प्रदोष व्रत पूजा का शुभ महूर्त
15 जून 2023: प्रदोष व्रतप्रदोष पूजा मुहूर्त- शाम 7 बजकर 20 मिनट से शुरू होकर रात 9 बजकर 21 मिनट तक रहेगा। पूजा का महूर्त 2 घंटे 1 मिनट तक रहेगा।
त्रयोदशी तिथि– 15 जून को सुबह 8 बजकर 32 मिनट से शुरू होगी और 16 जून को सुबह 8 बजतक 39 मिनट तक रहेगी।
प्रदोष व्रत की पूजा विधि
प्रदोष व्रत वाले दिन सूर्योदय से पहले उठकर स्नान करके स्वच्छ हो जाएं फिर व्रत करने का संकल्प लें। पूरे दिन मन में भगवान शिव का जाप करें। प्रदोष व्रत वाले दिन शाम के समय दोबारा स्नान करें और फिर प्रदोष काल में शिव पूजा शुरू करें। भोलेनाथ को पंचामृत और जल से नहलाएं और फिर धूप-दीप जलाकर पूजा शुरू करें। इस दौरान प्रदोष व्रत की कथा पढ़ें। पूजा में भोलेनाथ को उनकी प्रिय बेलपत्र, धतूरा, भांग, रुद्राक्ष, गंगाजल और भांग चढ़ाएं। इससे महादेव प्रसन्न होते हैं। व्रती को इस दौरान पंचधारी मंत्र का जाप करना चाहिए।
गुरु प्रदोष व्रत के महाउपाय
पीतल के लोटे में जल लेकर उसमें हल्दी, गुड़ और चने की दाल मिलाएं और यह जल केले के पेड़ की जड़ में चढ़ाएं।
शिव मंदिर में जाकर पुजारी को पूजा की किताब,पीली मिठाई, पीले फल दान में दें, ये उपाय करने से महादेव का आशीर्वाद बरसने लगेगा।
अच्छी सेहत पाने के लिए प्रदोष व्रत वाले दिन शिव मंदिर में सूखा नारियल चढ़ाएं।
भोलेनाथ से मनचाहा वरदान चाहिए तो प्रदोष पूजा में दौरान सफेद चंदन, आक के फूल, बेलपत्र, रुद्राक्ष, भांग, धतूरा,शमीपत्र चढ़ाएं।
Pradosh Vrat comes twice every month for the worship of Lord Shiva. The person on whom the grace of Lord Shiva is showered, his life becomes better. Bholenath has been considered a very innocent god. In the month of June, the second Pradosh Vrat will be observed on 15th. This fast is also being observed on Thursday i.e. in the Krishna Paksha of the month of Ashadha. 15 June 2023: Pradosh Vrat Pradosh Puja Muhurta- starting from 7.20 pm in the evening will be till 9.21 pm. The auspicious time of worship will last for 2 hours and 1 minute.
Trayodashi Tithi – will start from 8.32 am on June 15 and will last till 8.39 am on June 16. Pradosh fast worship method
On the day of Pradosh Vrat, get up before sunrise, take a bath and get clean, then take a pledge to fast. Chant Lord Shiva in your mind throughout the day. On the day of Pradosh fast, take bath again in the evening and then start worshiping Shiva during Pradosh period. Bathe Bholenath with Panchamrit and water and then start worship by lighting incense-lamps. During this, read the story of Pradosh Vrat. Offer his beloved Belpatra, Dhatura, Bhang, Rudraksh, Ganges water and Bhang to Bholenath in worship. Mahadev is pleased with this. Vrati should chant Panchdhari Mantra during this time. Take water in a brass vessel, mix turmeric, jaggery and gram dal in it and offer this water to the root of a banana tree. Donate Puja book, yellow sweets, yellow fruits to the priest by going to the Shiva temple, by doing these measures Mahadev’s blessings will start showering. To get good health, offer dry coconut in the Shiva temple on the day of Pradosh Vrat.
