आत्मचिंतन में घर

घर घर सभी करे घर ना किसी का होय ।घर को सजाने मे प्राणी के लिए जिन्दगी छोटी पङ जाती है।प्राणी जिन्दगी भर यह भी नहीं समझ पाता है मेरा घर कोन सा है। मै कंहा से आया हूँ और मुझे कंहा जाना हैं। अ प्राणी ईट मिट्टी पत्थर से बने घर को तु मेरा घर मेरा घर कहता है। ये घर तेरा यहीं का यहीं रह जाएगा। तु इस शरीर रूपी घर में नाम का दिपक सजा ले। हमारी उम्र बीत जाती घर परिवार को सहजते सहजते। एक उम्र के बाद उस घर पर राज छुट जाता है उम्र के अन्तिम पङाव पर घर का कोई दिखाई नहीं देता है। अ प्राणी तु समय रहते इस मोह और माया से ऊपर उठ ले। तु  जन्मों पर जन्म लेता रहा तुने अपने घर की खोज नही की है यदि किसी ने बचपन से ही थोड़ी बहुत भगवान के नाम धन की कमाई की होती है तब यह पहाड़ सा दिन उन भावो में कहाँ बह जाता है।अ प्राणी तेरा दिल अपना है दिल में बैठें भगवान से प्रीत करले ।अन्तर्मन के सपने ही सच्चे सपने हैं जिसके दिल में ये सपने सज जाते हैं वो ही जीवन जी कर जाता है प्राणी इस मन को बहलाने के लाख साधन जुटाता है लेकिन फिर भी मन से खुश नहीं शान्त नही होता है। क्योंकि प्राणी ने अपने अन्तर्मन के साथी को जीवन भर ढुंढा ही नहीं है। ये शरीर जिस पर तुझे बहुत नाज है ये तेरा घर नहीं है इसे एक दिन तुझे छोड़ कर जाना हैं ।  प्राणी तेरा साथी तेरी आत्मा है आत्मा परमात्मा का रूप है आत्म चिन्तन कर के देख अन्दर शंख नाद में झुम कर देख तेरे जीवन का उद्देश्य परम से सम्बंध बनाना है तेरा सुख तेरी शान्ति  तेरा विस्वास आत्मचिंतन में है। भगवान का सिमरण कर के तो देख भगवान अपने भाव से तृप्त कर देंगें आनंद से तेरी झोली भर जाएगी। जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग

Everyone should do house to house. Life becomes short for the creature in decorating the house. The creature does not even understand what my house is like throughout life. Where have I come from and where do I want to go? A creature calls a house made of brick, soil, stone, my house, my home. This house of yours will remain right here. You should decorate the house of this body with the name of the lamp. Our age would have passed and it would have been easy for the family to come home. After an age, the kingdom is left on that house, at the last stage of the age, no one in the house is visible. A creature, you should rise above this attachment and illusion in time. You have been taking birth after birth, you have not searched for your home, if someone has earned a little money in the name of God since childhood, then where does this mountain get swept away in those feelings. A creature is your heart. Sit in the heart and love God Is. Because the creature has not searched for its soul mate throughout its life. This body on which you are very proud, it is not your home, it has to leave you one day. The creature is your companion, your soul, the soul is the form of God, after contemplating the self, looking inside, looking at the sound of the conch shell, the purpose of your life is to make a relationship with the Supreme, your happiness, your peace, your faith is in self-contemplation.
