जीवन का जीने की कला का दूसरा सूत्र हैः प्रामाणिकता। एक ही तुम्हारा व्यक्तित्व होना चाहिए, दोहरा नहीं।
पहला सूत्र हैः निजता। अपने ढंग से जीओ, अपने रंग से जीओ, अपनी मौज से जीओ। मैं उसको संन्यास कह रहा हूं।
और दूसरा सूत्र हैः प्रामाणिकता। और तीसरा सूत्र हैः भूल कर भी कहीं इस खयाल को मत टिकने देना कि तुम्हारे जीवन में कुछ है जो गलत है। अगर कुछ गलत लग भी रहा हो तो जानना कि इसी के भीतर कहीं सही छिपा हुआ है। यह गलत, सही को अपने में छिपाए हुए है। जैसे बीज की सख्त खोल के भीतर कितने फूल छिपे हैं! करोड़ों फूल छिपे हैं। बीज की सख्त खोल पर ही मत अटक जाना। फूल अभी दिखाई भी नहीं पड़ते। बोओगे जमीन में, पौधा बड़ा होगा, वृक्ष बनेगा, हजारों पक्षी निवास करेंगे, सैकड़ों लोग उसकी छाया में बैठ सकेंगे–तब फूल से भरेगा आकाश।
वैज्ञानिक कहते हैं कि एक बीज की इतनी क्षमता है कि सारी पृथ्वी को हरा कर दे, क्योंकि एक बीज से फिर करोड़ों बीज होते हैं। फिर एक-एक बीज से करोड़ों-करोड़ हो जाते हैं। होते-होते सारी पृथ्वी एक बीज के द्वारा…।
पहली दफा इस पृथ्वी पर एक ही बीज आया होगा और उसी एक बीज का परिणाम है सारी पृथ्वी हरी है।
तो तीसरा सूत्र खयाल रखनाः जो भी जीवन ने तुम्हें दिया है, शुभ है। उसका सम्मान करो, सत्कार करो, निंदा नहीं।
और तब चैथा और
अंतिम सूत्र है, कि जो तुम्हारे भीतर है अनगढ़ पत्थर की तरह, उसे गढ़ना है, उसकी मूर्ति बनानी है। ध्यान से वह अदभुत कार्य पूरा होता है। ध्यान है अपने भीतर मूर्ति-निर्माण की कला। पत्थर में जो-जो अनगढ़ हिस्से हैं, उनको छांटना; जैसे मूर्तिकार छैनी से छांटता है। फिर धीरे-धीरे एक अनगढ़ पत्थर, जो रास्ते के किनारे पड़ा था, इतनी सुंदर मूर्ति बन जाती है बुद्ध की, कि महावीर की, कि कृष्ण की, कि क्राइस्ट की, कि तुम कल्पना भी नहीं कर सकते। ध्यान छैनी है।
ध्यान एकमात्र उपाय है अपने भीतर अनगढ़ को गढ़ने को।
बस ये चार सूत्र तुम्हारे खयाल में आ जाएं कि तुम्हें जीवन की कला आ जाएगी। और जिसने जीवन जाना, उसने ईश्वर जाना।
पूर्णानंद, जिसने जीवन जाना उसने आनंद जाना। जिसने जीवन जाना उसने मोक्ष जाना, क्योंकि जीवन शाश्वत है। एक दफा जाना तो पता चलता है कि अरे मैं न तो कभी जन्मा और मैं न कभी मरूंगा। मैं था जन्म के पहले, मैं रहूंगा मृत्यु के बाद भी। इस अमृत की अनुभूति धर्म का सार-सूत्र है।

By the way, the whole earth through one seed…. For the first time only one seed must have come on this earth and the result of the same seed is the whole earth is green.

The last sutra is that what is inside you like a uninterrupted stone, to create it, its idol has to be made. Carefully that amazing work is completed. Meditation is the art of idol-building within you. Sprinkling whatever the stones are in the stones; Like the sculptor sorted from the chisel. Then gradually a rough stone, which was lying on the side of the way, becomes such a beautiful idol of Buddha, that Mahavira, that of Krishna, that of Christ, that you cannot even imagine. Meditation is chisel.
Meditation is the only solution to create the ignorance within yourself.
Just these four sutras come to you that you will get the art of life. And whoever knows life, he came to know God.
Purnanand, who knew his life, knows the joy. The one who knew life to know salvation, because life is eternal. One time it is known that I am neither born and I will never die. I was before birth, I will stay even after death. The feeling of this nectar is the essence of religion.
