परमात्मा क्या है, कौन है, कहां है ?
परमात्मा कोई व्यक्ति नहीं। इसलिए न तो कहा जा सकता है कि कौन है और न कहा जा सकता है कि कहां है। परमात्मा तो एक अनुभव है। जैसे प्रेम एक अनुभव है। कोई पूछे: प्रेम कौन है, प्रेम कहां है? तो प्रश्न निरर्थक होगा। उसका कोई सार्थक उत्तर नहीं हो सकता। लेकिन परमात्मा के संबंध में हम सदियों से ऐसे प्रश्न पूछते रहे हैं। क्योंकि पंडित-पुरोहित यही समझाते रहे हैं कि परमात्मा व्यक्ति है।
परमात्मा है इस पूरे विराट अस्तित्व का नाम। तो या तो यहां है, या कहीं भी नहीं है। देख सको तो अभी है, न देख सको तो कभी नहीं है। प्रेम उसके लिए है, जो प्रेम अनुभव कर सके। लेकिन जिसके हृदय में प्रेम का झरना न फूटता हो, वह पूछे: प्रेम क्या है? तो कैसे उसे उत्तर दें? और क्या कोई भी उत्तर उसे तृप्त कर पाएगा? जिसे प्यास न लगी हो, जिसने कभी जल का एक घूंट न पिआ हो, जिसने कभी जाना न हो प्यास की तृप्ति का आनंद, वह पूछे प्यास क्या है, प्यास की तृप्ति का आनंद क्या है..कैसे उसे उत्तर दो?
सदगुरु नहीं बता सकते कि परमात्मा कहां है, कौन है; लेकिन प्यास को प्रज्वलित कर सकते हैं। तुम्हारे भीतर एक अभीप्सा जगा सकते हैं। एक खोज शुरू हो सकती है। और वह खोज धीरे-धीरे तुम्हारे भीतर ही पड़े बीज में अंकुरण ले आती है। परमात्मा तुम्हारे भीतर है, तुम्हारे प्रेम की क्षमता का नाम है, तुम्हारे प्रेम की परिपूर्णता की धारणा है। जब तुम्हारा प्रेम बेशर्त हो, जब तुम्हारा प्रेम ऐसा हो कि तुम्हें मिटा जाए, तुम्हारा प्रेम जब इतना विराट हो कि जैसे बूंद खो जाए सागर में ऐसे तुम अपने प्रेम में खो जाओ, तो जो तुम जानोगे, उस अनुभव का नाम परमात्मा है। न उसे शब्दों में बांधा जा सकता, न सिद्धांतों में, न शास्त्रों में। सब उपाय उसे बांधने के व्यर्थ हो जाते हैं।
वह अभिव्यक्त होता ही नहीं। हां, अनुभव होता है। सभी चीजें जो अनुभव होती हैं, जरूरी नहीं कि अभिव्यक्त भी हो सकें। तुम्हारे जीवन में ऐसे बहुत अनुभव हैं, जो अभिव्यक्त नहीं हो सकते। अभिव्यक्त करोगे, मुश्किल में पड़ोगे। तुम जानते हो समय क्या है। लेकिन कोई अगर ठीक-ठीक पकड़ ले तुम्हें और पूछे कि आज जान कर ही रहूंगा कि समय क्या है, तब तुम थोड़ा चैंकोगे, उत्तर तुम न दे पाओगे। और ऐसा नहीं कि तुम नहीं जानते कि समय क्या है। तुम जानते हो, भलीभांति जानते हो। लेकिन जो जानते हो, उसे जना देना जरूरी नहीं है।
तुमने गुलाब के फूलों में सौंदर्य देखा; सुबह के ऊगते सूरज में सौंदर्य देखा; रात आकाश तारों से भरा हो, तुमने सौंदर्य देखा; तुम जानते हो सौंदर्य क्या है। लेकिन परिभाषा कर सकोगे? ठीक-ठीक गणित की तरह, जैसे दो और दो चार होते हैं, ऐसी परिभाषा कर सकोगे? नहीं कर पाओगे। अब तक नहीं कोई कर पाया। सौंदर्य पर कितने शास्त्र लिखे गए हैं, लेकिन एक भी शास्त्र सफल नहीं हुआ। सौंदर्य को कोई बता नहीं पाया। सौंदर्य को जाना है लोगों ने, तुम भी जान सकते हो। लेकिन सौंदर्य को जानने के लिए एक संवेदनशीलता चाहिए, प्रमाण नहीं। हृदय में अनुभव का झरोखा चाहिए। तुम नाच सको सूरज को ऊगता देखकर, तुम फूल को खिलते हुए देख कर आश्चर्य-विमुग्ध हो सको, तुम तारों से भरी रात से आंदोलित हो सको, तुम्हारे भीतर गीत के झरने फूटने लगें, तो तुम जान पाओगे सौंदर्य क्या है। और परमात्मा तो परम सौंदर्य है। तुमने प्रेम किया है..न किया हो परम प्रेम, लेकिन ऐसा कोई मनुष्य है जिसने प्रेम न किया हो? पत्नी को किया हो, बेटे को किया हो, मां को किया हो, मित्र को किया हो; किसी न किसी को तुमने चाहा है, इतना चाहा है कि अपना जीवन भी दे सको, लेकिन बता सकोगे प्रेम क्या है? ये छोटे-मोटे प्रेम भी अभिव्यक्त नहीं होते और परमात्मा तो प्रेम की पराकाष्ठा है। जानना हो कि परमात्मा क्या है, तो झुकने की कला सीखो, समर्पित होने का राज समझो। अकड़े खड़े हैं हम, अपने अहंकार में जकड़े खड़े हैं हम..और जानना चाहते हैं परमात्मा क्या है! परमात्मा को भी मुट्ठी में रखना चहाते हैं। जैसे धन रख लिया है तिजोड़ी में बंद करके, ऐसा ही परमात्मा मिल जाए तो तुम उसे भी तिजोड़ी में बंद करके रख लो। ताकि तुम दावा कर सको कि परमात्मा मेरे पास है और तुम्हारे पास नहीं; ताकि मुहल्ले-पड़ोस के लोगों को तुम बता सको कि तुम क्या हो, अरे, दो कौड़ी के हो! परमात्मा कहां है तुम्हारे पास! परमात्मा हमारी तिजोड़ी में बंद है। तुम परमात्मा पर भी कब्जा करना चाहते हो; तुम परमात्मा को भी अपना परिग्रह बनाना चाहते हो; अपनी सम्पदा। और यह ढंग नहीं है परमात्मा को जानने का। परमात्मा को जानने का एक ही ढंग है: झुको, मिटो, मरो!
What is God, who is, where is it? God is not a person. So neither can it be said who is nor can it be said where it is. God is an experience. Like love is an experience. Somebody asks: Who is love, where is love? So the question will be meaningless. There can be no meaningful answer to him. But in relation to God, we have been asking such questions for centuries. Because Pandit-Purohit has been explaining that God is a person.
God is the name of this entire existence. So either it is here, or not anywhere. If you can see it is now, neither can you see it. Love is for him, who can experience love. But in whose heart the waterfall of love does not erupt, he should ask: What is love? So how to answer him? And will any answer be able to satisfy him? One who has not been thirsty, who has never been a sip of water, who has never justified the satisfaction of thirst, what is the thirst, what is the thirst, what is the pleasure of the satisfaction of thirst… how to answer it?
Sadguru cannot tell where God is, who is; But you can ignite thirst. You can awaken an abundance within you. A discovery may begin. And that discovery slowly brings germination in the seeds lying inside you. God is within you, the name of the ability of your love is the perception of your love. When your love is unconscious, when your love is such that you are erased, when your love is so great that you get lost in your love in the ocean, then what you know, the name of that experience is God. Neither it can be tied in words, nor in principles, nor in scriptures. All measures are wasted to tie it.
He is not expressed at all. Yes, experience. All things that are experienced, do not necessarily be expressed. There are many such experiences in your life, which cannot be expressed. You will express, you will get into trouble. You know what time is. But if someone catches you exactly, you will be able to know what is the time today, then you will be a little bit, you will not be able to answer. And it is not that you do not know what time is. You know, you know well. But what you know, it is not necessary to give it to Jana.
You saw beauty in rose flowers; Saw beauty in the morning rising sun; The night sky is full of stars, you saw beauty; You know what is beauty. But will you be able to definitely definitely? How many scriptures have been written on beauty, but not a single scripture was successful. No one could tell beauty. People have to know beauty, you can also know. But to know beauty, a sensitivity is required, not proof. A vein of experience in the heart is needed. You can dance, seeing the sun rising, you can be surprised to see the flower blooming, you can agitate from the night full of stars, the songs of the song start bursting inside you, then you will know what is beauty. And God is the ultimate beauty. You have loved … I have loved the ultimate love, but there is someone who has not loved? Have done the wife, have done the son, have done the mother, have a friend; You have wanted someone, so much that you can give your life too, but you will be able to tell what is love? These small love are also not expressed and God is the culmination of love. To know what God is, then learn the art of bending, consider the secret of being dedicated. We are standing stood, we are standing in our ego, we want to know what God is! God also wants to keep in her fist. As you have kept the money in the chest, if you find such a divine, then you should keep it in the chest. So that you can claim that God is with me and you do not have; So that you can tell the people of the neighborhood, what you are, hey, you are of two penny! Where is God with God! God is closed in our chest. You also want to capture God; You also want to make God your addition; Your wealth. And this is not the way to know God. There is only one way to know God: bend, eras, die!
