सँवारे अपना जीवन

हमें अपने जीवन में आगे बढ़ने के लिए अपनी अन्तरात्मा का पूर्ण रूप से सम्मान करना सीखना होगा । हमें अपने भीतर से ही वह उजाला मिल सकता है, जो हमारे जीवन को सच्चे मायने में आलोकित करे। लेकिन विडम्बना यह है कि अक्सर इस दुनिया में इंसान से अपने हृदय को समझने में भूल होती है ।इसका कारण सिर्फ इतना ही है कि हम हमेशा बाहरी उलझनों में उलझे-फँसे रहते हैं ।जब तक बाहरी उलझनें कम नहीं होतीं , व्यक्तित्व के बंधन ढीले नहीं होते, तब तक आत्मा का गहन रहस्य खुलना आरंभ नहीं होता। जब तक आप उससे अलग एक ओर खड़े नहीं होते, तब तक वह अपने को आप पर प्रकट नहीं करेगी। यह बात समझनी जरूरी है कि बाहरी उलझनों से निजात पाकर ही आप उसे समझ सकेंगे और पथ- प्रदर्शन पा सकेंगे। जब आप अपनी शक्तियों को विकसित कर अपनी इन्द्रियों को विषयभोग की लालसाओं से मुक्त कर पाएँगे, तभी अंतरात्मा के परम ज्ञान मंदिर में प्रवेश मिलेगा और तभी आपको ज्ञान होगा कि आपके भीतर एक ऐसा स्रोत है, जहां से वह वाणी मुखरित होती है, जिसमें जीवन के सभी रहस्यों के अर्थ छिपे हैं ।
