शब्द ही किसी मनुष्य के संस्कारों के मुल्यांकन का सबसे प्रभावी और सटीक आधार होते हैं। मनुष्य के केवल शब्द ही नहीं बोलता अपितु उसका संस्कार भी बोलता है। स्वभाव में विनम्रता, शब्दों में मर्यादा और कर्म में कर्तव्य निष्ठा ये श्रेष्ठ संस्कारों के परिचायक हैं।
माना कि शब्दों के दाँत नहीं होते पर शब्द जब काटते हैं तो दर्द बहुत देते हैं। कभी – कभी घाव इतने गहरे होते हैं कि पूरा जीवन निकल जाता है पर शब्दों के घाव नहीं भर पाते हैं। शब्दों की मर्यादा हमारे व्यक्तित्व को और अधिक गंभीर एवं परिपक्व बनाती है।
इसलिए जीवन में जब भी बोला जाए मर्यादा में रहकर ही बोला जाए ताकि किसी दूसरे के द्वारा आपके संस्कारों के ऊपर कोई प्रश्न चिह्न खड़ा ना किया जा सके। कुशब्द प्रयोग से निशब्द हो जाना कई गुना बेहतर है। यदि आप शब्दों की मर्यादा जानते हैं तो इसका अर्थ यह हुआ है कि आपकी परवरिश श्रेष्ठ संस्कारों में हुई है।
Words are the most effective and accurate basis of evaluation of a man’s rituals. It is not only the words of a man that speak, but his culture also speaks. Humility in nature, decorum in words and devotion to duty in deeds are the symbols of best manners.
Agreed that words do not have teeth, but when words bite, they give a lot of pain. Sometimes the wounds are so deep that the whole life goes out but the wounds of words cannot heal. The dignity of words makes our personality more serious and mature.
That’s why whenever it is spoken in life, it should be spoken in dignity only so that no question mark can be raised on your sanskars by anyone else. It is many times better to be speechless than to use bad words. If you know the limits of words, then it means that you have been brought up in the best manners.
