प्रेम ही ईश्वर है
सरल विश्वास और निष्कपटता रहनेसे भगवत्प्राप्तिका लाभ होता है। एक व्यक्तिकी किसी साधुसे भेंट हुई। उसने साधुसे उपदेश देनेके लिये विनयपूर्वक प्रार्थना की। साधुने कहा- ‘भगवान्से ही प्रेम करो।’ तब उस व्यक्तिने कहा ‘भगवान्को न तो मैंने कभी देखा है और न उनके विषयमें कुछ जानता ही हूँ, फिर उनसे कैसे प्रेम करूँ ?’ साधुने पूछा ‘अच्छा, तुम्हारा किससे प्रेम है ?’ उसने कहा- ‘इस संसार में मेरा कोई नहीं है, केवल एक मेढ़ा है, उसीको मैं प्यार करता हूँ।’ साधु बोले- ‘उस मेढ़ेके भीतर ही नारायण विद्यमान हैं, यह जानकर उसीकी जी लगाकर सेवा करना और उसीको हृदयसे प्रेम करना।’ इतना कहकर साधु चले गये।
उस आदमीने भी, उस मेढ़ेमें नारायण हैं, यह विश्वासकर तन- मनसे उसकी सेवा करना शुरू कर दिया। बहुत दिनों बाद उस रास्तेसे लौटते समय साधुने उस आदमीको खोजकर उससे पूछा- ‘क्यों जी, अब कैसे हो ?’ उस आदमीने प्रणाम करके कहा- ‘गुरुदेव! आपकी कृपासे मैं अब अच्छा हूँ, आपने जो कहा था, उसके अनुसार भावना रखनेसे मेरा बहुत कल्याण हुआ है। मैं मेढ़ेके भीतर कभी-कभी एक अपूर्व मूर्ति देखता हूँ- उसके चार हाथ हैं, उस विष्णुरूपा चतुर्भुजीमूर्तिका दर्शनकर मैं परमानन्दमें डूब जाता हूँ।’ कहा भी गया है
हरि व्यापक सर्वत्र समाना । प्रेम तें प्रगट होहिं मैं जाना ।
love is god
By having simple faith and sincerity, there is the benefit of attaining God. A person met a monk. He humbly prayed to the monk to preach. The monk said- ‘Love only God.’ Then that person said, ‘I have never seen God nor do I know anything about him, then how can I love him?’ The hermit asked, ‘Well, with whom do you love?’ He said- ‘I have no one in this world, only one ram, whom I love.’ The monk said – ‘Knowing that Narayan is present within that ram, serve him wholeheartedly and love him with all your heart.’ Having said this, the sage went away.
That man too, believing that there is Narayan in that ram, started serving him wholeheartedly. After a long time, while returning from that path, the monk found that man and asked him – ‘Why, how are you now?’ That man bowed down and said – ‘ Gurudev! By your grace I am fine now, keeping my feelings according to what you said has helped me a lot. Sometimes I see a unique idol inside the ram – it has four hands, seeing that four-armed idol of Vishnu, I drown in ecstasy.’ where has it been
Hari is widespread everywhere. I know when love appears.
