आनंद का प्राकट्य तभी होता है।जब साधक अन्तर्मन में परम पिता परमात्मा को बैठा लेता है। परमात्मा में लीन शरीर तक का भान नहीं। अपने स्वामी भगवान् नाथ का चिन्तन और वन्दन करता हुआ अपने भगवान् में इतना गहरा डुब जाता है। कि उसे हर स्पर्श में अपने स्वामी भगवान् नाथ कि झलक दिखाई देने लगती है। साधक अन्तर्मन से वन्दन करते हुए सोचता है। मेरा भगवान् देख रहा है। मैं शुद्ध ह्दय से समर्पित भाव से क्रम करू। साधक जब भगवान् देख रहा के भाव से जुड़ता है। साधक के अन्दर आनंद समा जाता है। साधक के सभी ओर से प्रकाश की किरणें निकलने लगती है। साधक की परिस्थिति को शब्दों में बयान नहीं किया जा सकता।जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग
Bliss appears only when the seeker makes the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, sit in his heart. There is no awareness even of the body absorbed in God. Thinking and worshiping his master Lord Nath, he gets immersed so deeply in his God. That in every touch he starts seeing a glimpse of his master Lord Nath. The seeker thinks while praying from within. My God is watching. May I do the work with a pure heart and with dedication. When the seeker connects with the feeling of God watching. Happiness fills the mind of the seeker. Rays of light start emanating from all sides of the seeker. The condition of the seeker cannot be described in words. Jai Shri Ram Anita Garg
