चौपाई-
जब ते राम प्रताप खगेसा।
उदित भयउ अति प्रबल दिनेसा।।

पूरि प्रकास रहेउ तिहुँ लोका।
बहुतेन्ह सुख बहुतन मन सोका।।

जिन्हहि सोक ते कहउँ बखानी।
प्रथम अबिद्या निसा नसानी।।

अघ उलूक जहँ तहाँ लुकाने।
काम क्रोध कैरव सकुचाने।।

बिबिध कर्म गुन काल सुभाऊ।
ए चकोर सुख लहहिं न काऊ।।

मत्सर मान मोह मद चोरा।
इन्ह कर हुनर न कवनिहुँ ओरा।।

धरम तड़ाग ग्यान बिग्याना।
ए पंकज बिकसे बिधि नाना।।

सुख संतोष बिराग बिबेका।
बिगत सोक ए कोक अनेका।।

भावार्थ-
काकभुशुण्डिजी कहते हैं- हे पक्षिराज गरुड़जी ! जब से रामप्रतापरूपी अत्यन्त प्रचण्ड सूर्य उदित हुआ, तब से तीनों लोकों में पूर्ण प्रकाश भर गया है। इससे बहुतों को सुख और बहुतों के मन में शोक हुआ।

जिन-जिनके शोक हुआ, उन्हें मैं बखानकर कहता हूँ। सर्वत्र प्रकाश छा जाने से पहले तो अविद्यारूपी रात्रि नष्ट हो गयी। पापरूपी उल्लू जहाँ-तहाँ छिप गये और काम-क्रोधरूपी कुमुद मुँद गये।

भाँति-भाँति के बन्धनकारक कर्म, गुण, काल और स्वभाव- ये चकोर हैं, जो रामप्रतापरूपी सूर्य के प्रकाश में कभी सुख नहीं पाते। मत्सर (डाह) मान, मोह और मदरूपी जो चोर हैं, उनका हुनर (कला) भी किसी ओर नहीं चल पाता।

धर्मरूपी तालाबों में ज्ञान, विज्ञान- ये अनेकों प्रकार के कमल खिल उठे। सुख, संतोष, वैराग्य और विवेक- ये अनेकों चकवे शोकरहित हो गये।

दोहा-
यह प्रताप रबि जाकें उर जब करइ प्रकास।
पछिले बाढ़िहिं प्रथम जे कहे ते पावहिं नास।।

भावार्थ-
यह श्रीरामप्रतापरूपी सूर्य जिसके हृदय में जब प्रकाश करता है, तब जिनका वर्णन पीछे से किया गया है, वे धर्म, ज्ञान, विज्ञान, सुख, संतोष, वैराग्य और विवेक बढ़ जाते हैं और जिनका वर्णन पहले किया गया है, वे अविद्या, पाप, काम, क्रोध, कर्म, काल, गुण, स्वभाव आदि नाश को प्राप्त होते (नष्ट हो जाते) हैं। ।। श्री राम परमात्मने नमः ।।

gist- Kakbhushundiji says – O bird king Garudji! Ever since the extremely powerful sun in the form of Ram Pratap rose, all three worlds have been filled with complete light. This brought happiness to many and sadness to many.

To all those who are bereaved, I tell this in detail. Before light spread everywhere, the night of ignorance was destroyed. The owls in the form of sin hid everywhere and the lilies in the form of lust and anger hid themselves.

Various types of binding actions, qualities, time and nature – these are the chakras, which never find happiness in the light of the sun in the form of Ram Prata. Those who are thieves in the form of Matsar (envy), pride, attachment and lust, their skill (art) also cannot move in any direction.

Many types of lotuses bloomed in the ponds of religion, knowledge and science. Happiness, contentment, detachment and wisdom – these many things became sorrowless.

Doha- This glory of the sun goes to ur when it illuminates. Pachhile badhihin pratham je kahe te pavahin naas।।

gist- When this Sun in the form of Shriram Pratap shines in the heart, then the religion, knowledge, science, happiness, contentment, renunciation and wisdom which have been described later, increase and those which have been described before, ignorance, sin, Lust, anger, actions, time, qualities, nature etc. get destroyed. , Shri Ram Paramatmane Namah.
