।। श्रीराम परमात्मने नमः ।।
प्रसन्नवदनाम्भोज पद्मगर्भारुणेक्षणम्।
नीलोत्पलदलश्यामं शङ्खचक्रगदाधरम्।।
लसत्पङ्कजकिअल्कपीतकोशेयवाससम्।
श्रीवत्सवक्षसं भ्राजत्कौस्तुभामुक्तकन्धरम्।।
अर्थ-
भगवान् का मुख कमल आनन्द से प्रफुल्ल है, नेत्र कमल कोश के समान रतनारे हैं, शरीर नीलकमल दल के समान श्याम है। हाथों में शङ्ख, चक्र और गदा (पद्म) धारण किये हैं।
कमल की केसर के समान पीला रेशमी वस्त्र लहरा रहा है, वक्षःस्थल में श्रीवत्स चिह्न है और गले में कौस्तुभ मणि झिलमिला रही है।
एतन्नानावताराणां निधानं बीजमव्ययम्।
यस्यांशांशेन सृज्यन्ते देवतिर्यङ्नरादयः।।
अर्थ-
भगवान् का यह पुरुष रूप जिसे नारायण कहते हैं, अनेक अवतारों का अक्षय कोष है, इसी से सारे अवतार प्रकट होते हैं। इस रूप के छोटे से छोटे अंश से देवता, मनुष्य और पशु पक्षी आदि योनियों की सृष्टि होती है।
यन्मूर्ध्नि मे श्रुतिशिरस्सु भाति यस्मिन्न-
स्मन्मनोरथपथः सकलः समेति।
स्तोष्यामि नः कुलधनं कुलदैवतं
तत्पादारविन्दमरविन्द विलोचनस्य।।
अर्थ-
कमल नयन भगवान् विष्णु के जो चरणार विन्द मेरे मस्तक पर तथा वेदों के शिर पर सुशोभित होते हैं और जिनमें मेरे मनोरथों के सभी मार्ग मिलते हैं तथा जो मेरे कुल धन और कुल देवता हैं, उनकी मैं वन्दना करता हूँ।
संचिन्तयेद्भगवतश्चरणारविन्दं
वज्राङ्कुशध्वजसरोरुहलाञ्छनाढ्यम्। उत्तुङ्गरक्तविलसन्नखचक्रवालज्यो
त्स्नाभिराहतमहधृदयान्धकारम्।।
अर्थ-
भगवान् के चरण कमलों का ध्यान करना चाहिये। वे वज्र, अङ्कश, ध्वजा और कमल के मङ्गलमय चिह्नों से युक्त है तथा अपने उभरे हुए लाल-लाल शोभामय नख चन्द्रमण्डल की चन्द्रिका से ध्यान करने वालों के हृदय के अज्ञान रूप घोर अन्धकार को दूर कर देते हैं।

His cheerful face is like a lotus and his eyes are red like the womb of a lotus. He is dark with blue lotus petals and holds a conch, wheel and club.
He was dressed in shining lotus, lime and yellow cell clothes. His chest was adorned with the Śrīvatsa and his neck was opened with the shining Kaustubha gem.
Meaning- Lord’s face is full of lotus joy, eyes are like gems like lotus cells, body is dark like a lotus flower. He is holding conch, disc and mace (Padma) in his hands.
A yellow silk cloth is fluttering like the saffron of a lotus, there is a Shreevatsa symbol in the chest and the Kaustubh gem is shining around the neck.
This is the inexhaustible seed, the treasure of various incarnations. By the parts of which gods, animals, men and others are created.
Meaning- This male form of the Lord, called Narayana, is the inexhaustible storehouse of many incarnations, from which all the incarnations appear. Gods, humans and animals and birds etc. are created from the smallest part of this form.
That which appears in my head and in the heads of my ears in which I do not- The whole path of our desires meets. I will praise our family wealth and family god The lotus feet of that lotus-eyed one.
Meaning- I worship the lotus-eyed Lord Vishnu who adorns my head and the head of the Vedas and in whom all the paths of my desires meet and who are my family wealth and family deity.
One should meditate on the lotus feet of the Lord It is adorned with thunderbolts, goads, flags, lotuses and ornaments. Uttungaraktavilasannakhachakravaljyo The darkness of my heart was struck by the bath.
Meaning- One should meditate on the lotus feet of the Lord. He is endowed with the auspicious signs of Vajra, Ankash, Dhwaja and Lotus, and with his raised red-red graceful fingernails dispels the darkness of ignorance in the hearts of those who meditate.
