इक छोटी सी कन्या पार्वती शिव शंकर की पूजा करती थी,
अपने बाबा की बगइयाँ में जाती थी,
डलियाँ भर फूल ले आती थी,
उस फूल की माला बना कर के शिव को पहनाया करती थी,
वो गंगा तट पे जाती थी गंगा जल भर के ले आती थी,
गंगा जल ला कर के अपने भोले को चढ़ाया करती थी,
वो गौशाला में जाती थी गइयाँ का दूध ले आती थी,
गइयाँ का दूध ला के आशनां कराया करती थी,
खुश हो कर के शिव वरदान दिये भक्ति का भाव पहचान लिए,
कुलदीप देविंदर के संग में शिव का गुण गाया करती थी,
A little girl Parvati used to worship Shiva Shankar,
used to go to her father’s garden,
The nuggets used to bring flowers,
She used to make a garland of that flower and wear it to Shiva.
She used to go to the banks of the Ganges and used to bring full of water.
Ganga used to bring water and offer it to her innocent.
She used to go to the cowshed and bring milk of the cows,
She used to get the milk of the cows made for her.
Being happy, Shiva recognized the feeling of devotion given the boon,
Kuldeep used to sing the praises of Shiva in the company of Devinder.
