मन हमेशा आत्मा से खुराक़ लेता है। मन अपने आप को आत्मा मानने लगता है

मन हमेशा आत्मा से खुराक़ लेता है
ये मन आत्मा की पावर से इतना बलवान ,उदंडी,हो जाता है कि
ये आत्मा की ही आवाज नहीं सुनता
बल्कि आत्मा पर ही हावी हो जाता है।
ओर अपनी इन्द्रियों रूपी दासियों को नचाकर विषयों में भोग भोगता है।
इसलिए
आत्मा इसके बंधन में आकर जीवात्मा होकर बार-बार योनियों में जन्म लेती है।
ये आत्मा मुक्त नहीं हो पाती
इसलिए
मन के कहे मत चालिए मन के मते अनेक
मन पर जो सवार हैं सो साधु कोई एक
मन विकराल हैं।
इसे कैद करना सांड को कैद करने के समान है।
इसे धीरे धीरे
ईश्वर की ओर ले जाएं,चाहे दो मिनट ही बैठे
जैसे
ढीठ बच्चे को किसी भी चीज का लालच देकर अपनी बात मनवाना
ठीक ऐसे ही
मन को ईश्वर की ओर लगाए
हिम्मत न हारें
ज्यों ज्यों मन ईश्वर की ओर बढ़ेगा,इसे आनंद की अनुभूति होगी
क्योंकि
ईश्वर में पावर शक्ति है।उसके आकृषण से ये उसकी ओर खिंचेगा जब हम
निरंतर अभ्यास करेंगे तो एक दिन इस मन को उसका रंग चढ़ जाएगा
तब ये मन स्वार्थी नहीं होगा निस्वार्थ भाव से ईश्वर ही हो जाएगा
भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने कहा है कि
इन्द्रियों में मन मैं हूं
तब ये मन मुनिराम हो जाएगा

don’t lose heart
As the mind moves towards God, it will experience bliss
Because
There is power in God. It will be pulled towards him by his attraction when we
If you practice continuously, then one day this mind will get its color.
Then this mind will not be selfish, it will selflessly become God.
Lord Krishna has said that
I am the mind in the senses
then this mind will become muniram
