परम पूज्य श्रीसदगुरूदेव भगवान जी की असीम कृपा एवं उनके अमोघ आशीर्वाद से प्राप्त सुबोध के आधार पर, उन्हीं की सत्प्रेरणा से, आज दिनांक १३ मार्च से प्रारम्भ हो रही ”व्यावहारिक नवनिधियाँ” की इस पावन चर्चा में आप सभी आदरणीय महानुभावों एवं विदुषी देवियों का हार्दिक स्वागत एवं अभिनन्दन है।
”व्यावहारिक अष्ट सिद्धियों”, यथा- ”तनसिद्धि”, ”मन-सिद्धि”, ”बुद्धि-सिद्धि”, ”आत्मसिद्धि”, ”संगसिद्धि”, ”शब्द सिद्धि”, ”धनसिद्धि” तथा “सर्व सिद्धि” या “जीवन सिद्धि” की चर्चा की गई है।
जब भी ”अष्टसिद्धियों” की बात की जाती है तो तुरन्त ”नव निधियों” की बात भी मन में आ जाती है क्योंकि हममें से प्राय: सभी सनातन धर्मी सगुण-साकार उपासक, श्रीहनुमान चालीसा के पाठकों को, यह बालेने की आदत पड़ी होती है- ”अष्ट सिद्धि नवनिधि के दाता, अस बर दीन्ह जानकी माता।”
जैसे “व्यावहारिक अष्ट सिद्धियों” की प्राप्ति, प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए आवश्यक होती है, वैसे ही व्यावहारिक “नव निधियों” की प्राप्ति भी, हरेक व्यक्ति के लिए आवश्यक है।
“व्यावहारिक अष्टसिद्धियों” की प्राप्ति में सफलता पाने के लिए “व्यावहारिक नव निधियाँ”, बड़ी ही उपयोगी सिद्ध हुआ करती हैं, क्योंकि उनके सहयोग के बिना व्यावहारिक अष्टसिद्धियों की प्राप्ति में सफलता मिलना सम्भव नहीं हो पाता।
”अष्ट सिद्धियाँ” और ”नव निधियाँ” एक दूसरे के परिपूरक हैं।
निधि का अर्थ –
वस्तुतः ”निधि” का तात्पर्य है- देवताओं में जो धन के देवता कुबेर हैं, उनका वह अनमोल व अपरिमित खजाना, जो देवताओं एवं मानवजाति के लिए अतिशय भौतिक सुख-समृद्धिदायक हुआ करता है।
शास्त्रों में नव- निधियों के नाम हैं:- १. पद्म निधि, २. महापद्म निधि, ३. नील निधि, ४. मुकुंद निधि, ५. नंद निधि, ६. मकर निधि, ७. कच्छप निधि, ८. शंख निधि और ९. खर्व या मिश्र निधि।
विद्वानों और मनीषियों ने अपने- अपने विवेक से, शास्त्रों में जिन ”अष्ट सिद्धियों” और ”नव निधियों” का उल्लेख किया है, उन्हें प्राप्त कर पाना, हम जैेसे सामान्य व साधारण लोगों के बस की बात नहीं होती।
परन्तु जो ”व्यावहारिक नवनिधियाँ” होती हैं, उनको प्राप्त करने का प्रयास घर- गृहस्थी में रहते हुए, प्रत्येक सामान्य व्यक्ति भी कर सकता है, करना चाहिए तथा उन्हें पाने में सफल भी हुआ जा सकता है।
जैसे एक-एक करके विगत १० दिनों में ”व्यावहारिक अष्ट सिद्धियों” की चर्चा प्रस्तुत की गयी थी, वैसे है, जो ”व्यावहारिक नवनिधियाँ” श्रीसद्गुरूदेव भगवान जी की कृपा व उनके अमोघ आशिर्वाद से समझ में आई हैं, उनकी विवेचना भी अगले कुछ दिनों में प्रस्तुत होने जा रही है।
आशा है हममें से कई जिज्ञासु प्रवृत्ति के सज्जन व देवियाँ, इस रोचक व ज्ञानवर्धक चर्चा का आनन्द लेगें और इससे यथासम्भव सदाचरणीय लाभ भी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

On the basis of understanding received from the infinite grace of Param Pujya Shri Sadgurudev Bhagwan ji and with his inspiration, all of you respected great men and learned ladies in this pious discussion of “practical new funds” starting from 13th March. Warm welcome and greetings.
“Practical Ashta Siddhis”, such as “Tansiddhi”, “Mind-Siddhi”, “Intellect-Siddhi”, “Self-Siddhi”, “Sangasiddhi”, “Shabd Siddhi” , “Dhansiddhi” and “Sarva Siddhi” or “Jeevan Siddhi” have been discussed.
Whenever there is talk of “Ashtasiddhis” then immediately the matter of “Nava Nidhis” also comes to mind because almost all of us Sanatan Dharmi Saguna-Sakar worshippers, readers of Shri Hanuman Chalisa, have to say that The habit is inculcated – “The giver of Asht Siddhi Navnidhi, Asbar Dinh Janaki Mata.”
Just as the attainment of “Practical Ashta Siddhis” is necessary for every person, similarly the attainment of practical “Nava Nidhis” is also necessary for every person.
“Practical Nav Nidhis” prove to be very useful for getting success in attaining “Practical Ashtasiddhis”, because without their cooperation it is not possible to get success in attaining practical Ashtasiddhis.
“Ashta Siddhiyas” and “Nava Nidhiyas” complement each other.
Meaning of Fund –
Literally, “Nidhi” means – that precious and infinite treasure of Kubera, the god of wealth among the gods, which is very material happiness-prosperity for the gods and mankind.
The names of new funds in the scriptures are:- 1. Padma Nidhi, 2. Mahapadma Nidhi, 3. Neel Nidhi, 4. Mukund Nidhi, 5. Nand Nidhi, 6. Capricorn Fund, 7. Turtle Fund, 8. Conch shell fund and 9. Kharva or Mishra Nidhi.
It is not in the capability of common and ordinary people like us to attain the “eight achievements” and “nine treasures” mentioned in the scriptures by the scholars and sages at their own discretion.
But the “practical new funds”, which are “practical new funds”, while staying at home, every normal person can and should try to get them and can also be successful in getting them.
Just like the discussion of “practical Ashta Siddhiyas” was presented one by one in the last 10 days, similarly, the “practical Navnidhiyas” which have been understood by the grace and blessings of Shri Sadgurudev Bhagwan Ji, their explanation is also going to be presented in the next few days.
