यदि आज हमें राजा इन्द्र के समान महल और गद्दी भी मिली हो तो परमात्मा की भक्ति के बिना वह भला किस काम आ सकती है? आज हम उस मालिक को भूलाकर अवश्य पागल ही है जो जानबूझ कर अनजान बने बैठे हैं और ऐसी चीजों की सोच में ही दिन बिता रहे हैं जिनका विचार नहीं करना चाहिए ।
आज हमारी इन्द्रियाँ बलवान हो गई है और हमारी विवेक-शक्ति कमजोर पड़ गई है जिससे हमारी बुद्धि में परमार्थी भाव का प्रवेश ही नहीं हो पाता हम कहते कुछ हैं और करते कुछ और ही है।
मानव-जीवन जो परमात्मा की एक दुर्लभ देन है उसे व्यर्थ की चीजों में बरबाद कर रहे हैं आज हमें पूर्ण सतगुरु की सच्ची शरण लेकर अपने इस मनुष्य-जीवन को सँवारना है और जीते जी इस जन्म में ही उस परमात्मा के घर पहुँचना है……
